Strategies and Concepts

In the development of strategies and concepts for the implementation of climate protection measures, the energy transition or the transformation of the transport sector, we can draw on a wealth of professional experience. In our work we support numerous ministries and other political actors in developing projects or adapting existing concepts – from the local to the international level.

For example, we advise local actors on structural and industrial policy options after phasing-out of lignite in Lusatia, developed a business plan for the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) and supported the Federal Ministry for the Environment in the strategic development of the National Climate Initiative (NKI) or with a preliminary study for thematic proposals on the identification of new funding priorities.
