Among other things, we drafted an opinion on the Federal Government’s bill regarding the second law amending the Energy Tax and Electricity Tax Act for the Finance Committee (2017), an opinion on the financial relief regulations for the energy-intensive businesses (“Industrieprivileg”) and the regulation on electrical energy produced in own power stations (“Eigenstromprivileg”) in the draft of the EEG 2014 for the Committee on Economic and Energy Affairs and an opinion on the Federal Government’s bill on the Second Act amending the Act on the creation of a special assets “Energy and Climate Fund” (BTDrucksache 18/2443) for the Committee on Budgets in 2014.
