Justus Heuer works at Arepo as a junior consultant alongside his doctorate at the Institute of Energy Economics at the University of Cologne, focusing on energy markets, emissions trading systems and energy policy analysis. His core topics are energy and climate policy at regional, national and European level. He is mainly involved in projects for state and federal authorities on the development and analysis of concepts and programs.
Justus Heuer studied theoretical physics at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. He also has many years of experience in voluntary political work at various levels, particularly in the energy and climate sector.
