Already in 2012 Arepo had presented a first compilation of the relief of the energy-intensive industry from levies, charges and taxes on electricity, fuels and emission certificates. This report is an extension of the considerations for the year 2013, presenting the additional levies to be added in 2013, extending the original analysis by some existing schemes and calculating the total amount of subsidy for 2013.
