Project Background

In the context of a self-financed study, stakeholders and recent developments in US climate change politics were described for a German audience. The study was written while the legislative procedure concerning the Waxman-Markey-Bill – a law by the House of Representatives, regulating the establishment of a US emissions trading scheme until 2050 – were going on.
