PROJECT BACKGROUND
Arepo accompanies the RNE in its self-evaluation and provides input in the creation of the Theory of Change, in the elaboration of the indicator system, and in the methodological implementation. Arepo also conducts interviews with various actors in the context of the evaluation and incorporates the results into the final report.
TYPE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
Arepo developed the Theory of Change (based on OECD DAC criteria), elaborated an indicator matrix and designed the structure of the report. Interviews were also conducted with experts from different contexts of German sustainability governance.
