It was estimated that with these measures up to 1.8 million tons of CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;can be avoided until 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aim of the evaluation is to assess the programme in regard to achieving its objectives, impacts and cost-effectiveness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interim report summarizes the current status of the evaluation until June 2019.
