Pilot measures on electric mobility are being implemented in Saint Lucia, Grenada, and Jamaica. In addition, the project strengthens relevant stakeholders through capacity-building measures and improves access to investments in electric mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arepo conducts the evaluation in accordance with the OECD-DAC criteria. Data collection includes the analysis of project documents and supplementary research, the reconstruction of the Theory of Change, the conduct of stakeholder interviews, and an online survey among political partners. In addition, site visits take place in Saint Lucia and Grenada, during which the pilot measures are reviewed.
