Project Background<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

WWF Germany commissioned Arepo to evaluate the \u201cMulti-Actor Partnerships for 100% Renewable Energy for All in the Global South\u201d project that aims to accelerate the transition to 100% renewable energy (RE) in Nepal, Uganda, and Vietnam. The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) funded the project, and a consortium of ten partners implemented it. The project’s central objective was to establish multi-actor partnerships in all three countries, i.e., platforms for collaboration between governments, civil society, businesses, and other stakeholders to advance the transition to renewable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Arepo conducted semi-structured interviews with all consortium partners, political partners in each project country, and consultants responsible for the modelling activities.
