Arepo also conducted interviews with various actors in the context of the evaluation and incorporated the results into the final report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TYPE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arepo developed the Theory of Change (based on OECD DAC criteria), elaborated an indicator matrix and designed the structure of the report.
