This is an impact evaluation. The focus is on the identification of success factors, lessons learned and impacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TYPE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project involves the preparation of reports in the areas of community-based approaches, gender mainstreaming, productive use of energy in agriculture, skills development and innovative approaches to end-user financing.
