The programme will actively assist in the transition to a sustainable, resilient and emission-free economy in Central America. It will benefit businesses and individuals who are suffering the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.&nbsp; It will be financed with resources from a former collaboration between CABEI and KfW, under a special arrangement for the reprogramming of funds in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TYPE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arepo is tasked with writing a feasibility study and with developing a decision support tool.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The study describes the relationship and synergies between infrastructure investment, pandemic resilience and climate resilience.
