Some substantial provisions on execution were however missing. This study analysed existing barriers and developed ways to overcome these barriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Type and scope of services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arepo was responsible for the entire study.
