Based on detailed analyes of the impacts of this reform, the experts found that the priviledges are shifted within the group of companies already profiting from the exemptions, but that there is no reduction of the costs for those users that were not priviledged by then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Type and scope of services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arepo drafted the opinion and presented
