Karolin K\u00f6lling provides her expertise in the area of natural resource management and international climate policy in projects covering the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and energy efficiency in the heat pump sector, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ms. K\u00f6lling has experience in international cooperation in the field of climate policy. Before joining Arepo, Ms. K\u00f6lling worked as an intern and independent expert for the German International Development Organization GIZ in Berlin, Germany and Hanoi, Vietnam. In this role, she supported projects covering the topics of mitigation and climate reporting. In depth she dealt with reporting to the UNFCCC, specifically the Vietnamese reporting, and supported the teams in conducting workshops, and producing studies, communication materials and newsletters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Further internships brought Ms. K\u00f6lling to Costa Rica and Greece, where she gained experience in agriculture and ecology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Karolin K\u00f6lling holds a Master\u2019s degree from Humboldt University Berlin in \u201cIntegrated Natural Resource Management\u201d (M.Sc.). She completed her degree in a research project of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) in the field of land use change. Through her work experience as well as her Master\u2019s degree, Karolin K\u00f6lling speaks fluent English and has basic knowledge of Spanish and French.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
