Nathalie Benoit’s work at Arepo includes evaluations of climate change projects with a focus on international development cooperation, and she uses her knowledge of data analysis and database creation at Arepo as a datascientist.
Prior to joining Arepo, Nathalie Benoit worked as a research assistant at a water management consulting firm, where she was responsible for the evaluation of hydrogeological monitoring networks.
She also worked as a (Sr.) Analyst at the PR and consulting company for electromobility and alternative fuels, M3E GmbH, where she was responsible for building a database on European funding programs for electromobility as well as data analysis and consulting activities.
She gained further experience as a research assistant in the research project “Natural Carbon Storage in Berlin (NatKoS)” at the Humboldt University of Berlin and as a student assistant at the GeoForschungsZentrum Potsdam.
Nathalie Benoit holds a Master’s degree in Geoecology from the University of Potsdam. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Freie Universität Berlin in Geographical Sciences. During her bachelor’s degree, Nathalie Benoit studied geology for one semester at the University of Iceland in Reykjavik.
She is a native speaker of German and French, fluent in English, good in Spanish and has basic knowledge of Kiswahili.
